How to stream videos on demand

The streaming that you have purchased is available to you to watch at anytime.

To access and watch the video on your computer, tablet, or smartphone follow the instructions below. If you are interested in watching the video from your Smart TV, you may be able to do so by continuing on to the supplemental information below.

PART 1: Accessing the Video on Demand

 

STEP 1: Log into your digital streaming account at this link https://digital.sjdt.org.

  • Here you will have access to all of SJDT’s content on demand.

STEP 2: If you have forgotten your user name or password, please email godance@sjdt.org

PART 2: Viewing Instructions & Helpful Tips

STEP 1: Make sure your computer volume is up and not muted.

STEP 2: Click the arrow in the player control bar to begin the video. The player control bar is where you can make volume adjustments, select subtitles, and make changes to the video quality level.

VOLUME TIP: Not hearing sound? In the player control bar you will see a volume icon in a lower corner. Click on the volume icon to adjust the volume levels.

Watching on your TV or other devise?

If you are interested in watching the Video on Demand on your Smart TV, you may be able to do so depending on the model and age of Smart TV by following the guides below once you have completed Steps 1 & 2 on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Screen Mirroring

The information provided below are guides specific to your unique ‘at home’ setup to help you ‘Screen-Mirror’ from your computer, tablet, or smartphone to your Smart TV. Please determine your best option.

Wired HDMI

The most basic Computer-to-TV connection consists of running a wire from your computer to the HDMI input on your TV.

Computers have a bunch of different connections, so which wire or adapter you’ll need to run depends on what computer you have. If you’re not sure, check the manual or Google the model to determine its specifics.
